We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Conditions for Returns

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
EU (European Union) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above policy, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
However, the item must meet the following conditions:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
